The young men who installed our new unit worked the whole time they were here; they cleaned up their mess; they were careful to not track up my floors when they came inside, and they were very polite. The man who comes every 6 months to do the maintenance works just as hard and is just as respectful of us and our property. It has been about 18 months since we had our new unit installed, and our utility bill has dropped some. We are very pleased with everything Gilley’s has done for us.
